Quick Help
No data on the watch
Make sure the Mac companion is running and signed in to the same iCloud account as your watch and iPhone.
Data looks stale
A stale badge means collection failed or your Claude Code token expired. Refresh the token on your Mac, then let the companion collect again.
Complication not updating
Re-add the AgentMeter complication to your watch face, and confirm iCloud is enabled for AgentMeter in Settings.
FAQ
What does AgentMeter do?
It shows your Claude Code subscription quota — the 5-hour rolling window and the weekly window, with remaining percent and reset time — on your Apple Watch and iPhone.
Why don't I see any data?
The numbers are collected by the Mac companion. If the Mac companion isn't running, or your devices use different iCloud accounts, the watch and iPhone have nothing to read yet.
Does the watch connect to Anthropic?
No. Only the Mac companion talks to Claude Code, using your own local credential. The watch and iPhone only read snapshots from your iCloud.
Is my token safe?
Yes. Your Claude Code credential stays in the macOS Keychain on your Mac and is never uploaded to the developer or synced to iCloud.
Why does it say the data is stale?
AgentMeter never shows a guessed 0%. When collection fails or a token expires, it marks the data as stale so you know it's no longer current.
